Rami Doron joined Sapiens as COO in February 2007. From 2006 until he joined Sapiens, Mr. Doron led a Business Unit at Comverse Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Doron was one of the founders of TTI Telecom, where he led the Professional Services, R&D and Sales to Past Customers, for twelve years. At TTI, Mr. Doron managed product development, including delivery, maintenance, and support. Before helping to found TTI, Mr. Doron led the Software Division at TEAM Computers Ltd. for eight years. Mr. Doron has a degree in Software Engineering from Hadassah College and studied management at Bar-Ilan University.
Larry GoldbergEvangelist and SVP Product
Larry Goldberg has more than forty years of experience in building technology-based companies in which the focus was rules-based technologies and applications. He is co-author of The Decision Model: A Business Logic Framework linking Business and Technology (Taylor & Francis, 2009), a co-editor of The Business Rule Revolution: Running the Business the Right Way (HappyAbout.info 2007), on the editorial board of www.BPMInstitute.org and is the Editorial Director of the BDM Bulletin, a monthly e-publication of the BPMInstitute.org.
Larry was formerly a Managing Partner and co-founder of Knowledge Partners International (KPI), and Senior Vice President at Sapiens International.
Ben ShoryChief Technical Officer and Vice President of Engineering
Ben Shory joined Sapiens in 2008 as a Senior Architect and has since risen quickly through the ranks to become Sapiens DECISION’s CTO and VP of Engineering. Responsible for building and leading a global research and development team, Mr. Shory is driving new developments to provide financial institutions with the next generation of product, system, platform and technical solutions. Prior to joining Sapiens, Mr. Shory served as a Development Leader and Architecture Consultant for various start-ups and IT companies, contributing in multiple areas to improve the end-to-end software cycle.
Kramer has 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry leading global product, marketing, strategy and channel organizations. He is currently Vice President of Product Marketing at Sapiens DECISION where he sets the vision, portfolio positioning strategy and go-to-market plans for the company. Previously, he held numerous executive and management positions at IBM, including Director of Product Management for Enterprise Social Solutions, and Director of Global and Product Marketing for IBM’s Smarter Process Portfolio. He is co-author of the book: COO Revolution – Reinventing Customer-Facing Processes for Moments of Truth.
Tamar has 20 years of finance and operations experience and held various executive positions in global public companies, including as Sapiens CFO in the U.S. and CFO of the Global Sales group at Comverse.
Tomer SrulevichExecutive Vice President
Sales and Operations, Sapiens DECISION
Tomer Srulevich is the Executive VP, Sales and Operation – DECISION for Sapiens America since 2012 and brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in IT Sales and Business Development, prior to that he served as Vice President Professional Services and Business Development since joining Sapiens in 2009. Prior to Sapiens, from 2004 till 2009, Mr. Srulevich served as Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Bolt Solutions Inc., a New York-based software company selling SaaS platform to P&C insurance companies globally. Prior to that, Mr. Srulevich led the execution of large scale software projects for some of the largest firms across the US. Mr. Srulevich has a B.A degree in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya.
Stephen McNickleDirector of EMEA Sales and Business Development
Stephen McNickle has been the Director of EMEA Sales and Business Development at Sapiens DECISION since 2012. An engineer by training, Mr. McNickle understands technology, and he commits to delivering value and quality. Prior to his current position, Mr. McNickle was the Vice President of Sales, Europe for cVidya Networks, where he helped the company expand throughout Europe. Mr. McNickle previously worked as a Global Network Inventory Specialist at TTI Telecom, after TTI acquired Accunet/Axarte, a network solutions company that Mr. McNickle co-founded. Mr. McNickle has a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast.
Rafael GoldbergDirector of Business Consulting,
Rafael is responsible for delivery globally across the clients of Sapiens DECISION. Since joining Sapiens in 2014, he has scaled the professional services team in concert with the increasing diversity of domains and expanding geography of our install base. He and his team work closely with our clients and the sales, product and R&D teams, through all stages of the implementation and adoption cycle to design and deliver the appropriate engagements to suit our client’s requirements, successfully putting the Sapiens DECISION suite into production at many tier 1 organizations. Rafael previously also managed the local support center, working closely with the field team, clients and international support to ensure a robust and consistent backing of the product.
Before joining Sapiens, Rafael worked at Knowledge Partners International (KPI) where he owned business operations for finance, human resources, contracts, project delivery, and vendor and client management. Before KPI, Rafael managed operations for Good Methods Global, a software prototyping and requirements engineering firm.
Janet Eakes is the Business Owner, Financial Services for Sapiens DECISION. Janet has nearly 30 years of management and operational experience in financial services. Prior to joining Sapiens, Janet served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and as a Senior Vice President for mortgage operations at Freddie Mac, where she worked for 20 years.
Barbara Von HalleDecision Management Expert
Barbara von Halle, consults with Sapiens on The Decision Model and The Event Model. She is a named inventor on the patents for The Decision Model and The Event Model and co-authored her most recent book The Decision Model: A Business Logic Framework Linking Business and Technology (Taylor&Francis 2009). Her book on business rules, Business Rules Applied, is in use in many corporations.
Barbara is a regular contributor to www.modernanalyst.com and served recently on the Object Management Group’s (OMG) Decision Model and Notation subcommittee which published its DMN specification in January 2013.
As the fifth recipient of the Outstanding Individual Achievement Award from International DAMA, she was inducted into the Data Management Hall of Fame in 1995 as a pioneer in data architecture and business rules. Her first book, Handbook of Relational Database Design remains the corporate standard on relational database theory and practical usage for over 20 years. She was the most popular columnist in Database Programming and Design magazine (the leading database publication) for most of the life of that magazine.
