Andre BoisvertChairman of the Board
Andre Boisvert became chairman of Sapiens Decision Board in 2016. Boisvert’s distinguished career began in 1976 with IBM, with senior management positions in sales, marketing, and research and development. Boisvert later joined Oracle Corporation, serving as senior vice president of worldwide marketing and as a member of Oracle’s management committee. In 2000, Boisvert was named president and COO of SAS Institute, Inc., the world’s largest privately-held software company. He then led Sagent Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SGNT) as chairman and CEO. Later Boisvert co-founded Pentaho Corporation, which became the world’s most popular commercial, open source, business intelligence platform before being acquired by Hitachi Data Systems for more than $500 million. He is currently chairman of Palamida Corporation, a leader in software composition analysis for intellectual property and security risk management, and has served on the Boards of VA Software, (NASDAQ: LNUX), Issuer Direct, (NYSE: ISDR), and River Logic Inc.
Roni Al-Dor joined Sapiens as president and CEO in November 2005. Previously, he served for nine years as president of TTI Telecom, a global supplier of operations support systems to communications service providers, after serving as vice president for three years. Roni is a graduate of the Israeli Air Force’s military computer college. He studied computer science and management at Bar-Ilan University, and attended the Israel Management Center for Business Administration.
Roni Giladi joined Sapiens as CFO in July 2007. Prior to his current position, he served as chief financial officer (CFO) of RichFX for three years, after serving as corporate controller. Roni previously worked at Ernst & Young for six years as a manager in the high-tech group. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BA in Business Management and Accounting from the Israel Management Institute.
Rami Doron joined Sapiens as COO in February 2007. From 2006 until he joined Sapiens, Mr. Doron led a Business Unit at Comverse Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Doron was one of the founders of TTI Telecom, where he led the Professional Services, R&D and Sales to Past Customers, for twelve years. At TTI, Mr. Doron managed product development, including delivery, maintenance, and support. Before helping to found TTI, Mr. Doron led the Software Division at TEAM Computers Ltd. for eight years. Mr. Doron has a degree in Software Engineering from Hadassah College and studied management at Bar-Ilan University.
Larry Goldberg has more than forty years of experience in building technology-based companies in which the focus was rules-based technologies and applications. He is co-author of The Decision Model: A Business Logic Framework linking Business and Technology (Taylor & Francis, 2009), a co-editor of The Business Rule Revolution: Running the Business the Right Way (HappyAbout.info 2007), on the editorial board of www.BPMInstitute.org and is the Editorial Director of the BDM Bulletin, a monthly e-publication of the BPMInstitute.org.
